Banging your head against a brick wall
Sorry for the slight delay in design mind food, we at the FEI have been a little busy going out and enjoying ourselves. Anyway, this image was sent into us by one of you. It has nothing to do with good design, in fact this image belongs at the other end of the scale, quite close to shitesville. The institute, who possess an immeasurable flair for all things boring and unimaginative have an image of a brick wall on the website......hmmmmm stretcher bond, one of my all time favourite brick configurations!

its just pattern making isnt it? geometry for the sake of it? it looks nice but doesnt perform any function?

Don't Landscape Architects get the Institute they deserve? Isn't it indicative of the kind of people they are?
Just settle down, be a nice chap and get in line for presidency of the real Institute. If you keep your shoes clean, you could be there in 20 years or so - and then you'll show 'em eh?
